Return of goods of proper quality.
The customer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality, since the product is a digital product – a file for download. It is not possible to return the goods without defects or discrepancies with the drawing.
Return of goods of inadequate quality
A product of inadequate quality means a product that has errors in the vector drawing or does not correspond to the drawing on the website.
The buyer to whom the goods of inadequate quality were sold, unless it was agreed by the seller, has the right to declare any of the following requirements at his choice:
• replacement for a product of a similar brand (model, article) or for the same product of another brand (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
• proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
• has the right to refuse to perform the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
All of the above requirements for the return of goods of inadequate quality can be submitted in the following terms:
• 1 month from the date of purchase
The online store has the right to refuse to exchange or return the goods if it considers that the detected significant defect is the result of improper operation of the goods
